My Page belongs to a portfolio I don't manage

If the Page is owned by another business portfolio, its admin has to make or approve the change. This happens with Pages created by a former office or agency. A common sign is Meta saying "This content isn't available right now" or waiting for an approval nobody confirms.

In Meta Business Suite, open the Page settings and find out which portfolio it belongs to. Ask that portfolio's admin to release the Page to your portfolio or give you admin rights.

If you can't get access, create a new business Page in your own portfolio and connect it again. Before that, you can reach out to info@snaprime.com and go through the options with us.
