I got an email saying my account is being blocked. Is it really from Meta?

Meta only sends email from addresses ending in @facebookmail.com or @meta.com. The sender name "Meta Business Support" proves nothing on its own. Scam messages pressure you for time, threaten suspension and ask for your password.

Don't click links in such an email and don't reply to it. Check the sender's full address. You'll find the real status of your account in Meta's Account Quality tool, which you open the usual way, not from the email.
