The connection shows an error or the check fails

First, read which asset the check is reporting a problem with.

  1. Make sure you're logged in to Meta with the right profile.
  2. Compare the Page and ad account selected in Snaprime with the assets shared with the Elead agency partner. A similar name isn't enough; it has to be the same Page and account.
  3. If the app says the partner has the account but not the Page (or the other way around), open Partners → Elead agency in Meta and share the missing asset too. If you already declined permissions when logging in, repeat the connection following the setup guide.
  4. Go back to Snaprime and click Check ("Zkontrolovat"). If no result appears at all, refresh the page and try again.

If Meta says it couldn't assign assets and to try again later, the error is on Meta's side. Try again in a few hours.

Is the app asking you to connect even though everything is done? Check in Profile ("Profil") that all steps are green. If they are, don't change anything. If a step has turned red, often lead access, go through it again and click Check.

If you selected a different Page in Snaprime than the one you want to use, contact support. If the error keeps happening even with the right setup, send the full text of the message and a screenshot to info@snaprime.com. Repeatedly removing and re-adding permissions may not fix the error.
