I don't have a business portfolio, or I can't create one

Snaprime tries to create the business portfolio itself. If Meta doesn't allow it, create it manually in Meta Business Suite. Feel free to put the word Snaprime in the name, and add your Page to the portfolio. Then go back to Snaprime and click Refresh ("Obnovit").

If Meta says you have too many portfolios, choose one of your existing ones. Pick the one you want to connect the Page to.

If the portfolio requires a verified business email, verify it in Meta Business Suite (My information → Resend email). Then in Snaprime click "Load my portfolios" ("Načíst moje portfolia") and "Use this portfolio" ("Použít toto portfolio").

If neither creating nor selecting a portfolio works, email info@snaprime.com and include the full error message.
