The link to Meta settings opens in another app on my phone

On a phone or tablet, the link may open in the Facebook or Meta Business Suite app instead of the web settings. There you might not see the same items as in the video guide; the Partners field is often missing.

Open the settings in a regular browser and log in with the same Facebook profile. If your device keeps opening the app, finish the connection on a computer.

Then go back to Snaprime and run the check. If you can't see the item you need even in the browser, send support a screenshot and tell us which device you're using.
