How do I disconnect Facebook or remove Snaprime's access?

In Profile ("Profil"), click Disconnect ("Odpojit") next to the Facebook connection. The app first pauses all running ads and then removes the connection. Your campaigns, pages and leads stay in Snaprime. If you relaunch a campaign later, a new one is created in Meta.

You can also end management in Meta: in your business portfolio settings, under Partners, remove Elead agency. You keep your Page and ad account. Before that, though, stop your campaigns in Snaprime and check their status in Meta.

Don't use removing access as a way to turn off your ads. Once access is removed, Snaprime can no longer manage the campaigns.
