Why is the Launch campaign button disabled?

You'll find the reason right next to the Launch campaign ("Spustit kampaň") button. In particular, check that:

• at least one ad is finished and its generation didn't end with an error,
• the qualification page is published,
• you've filled in the required details in your profile, including your website and privacy policy link,
• the Facebook connection and ad account activation are complete,
• the Meta Pixel terms are accepted,
• any uploaded video has finished processing,
• you're on the Start plan or higher, or on a trial. On the Free and Creator plans, campaigns aren't launched to Meta.

Publishing the page alone doesn't launch the campaign, and neither does the Promote ("Propagovat") button on the website.

If everything is done, refresh the page. If the button stays disabled, email info@snaprime.com with a screenshot of the message.
