I uploaded a video, but the ad shows a photo or a blank white thumbnail

Open the ad detail and check which media is actually selected. Uploading a video to the library doesn't by itself mean the ad uses it.

If the video is selected, play its preview and check playback. A still image may just be the video's thumbnail. A white first frame can produce a white thumbnail, so check the start of the file too.

After changing the media, save the ad and wait for processing to finish. If the result still doesn't match, send support the campaign name and a screenshot of the media selection and the preview. There's no need to recreate the whole campaign right away.
