How many ads and campaigns can I have?
The number of new ads per month and the number of campaigns that can run at once depend on your plan:
- Free: 5 ads and 1 campaign in total, with no launching to Meta.
- Creator: 30 ads a month; you can prepare campaigns but not launch them.
- Start: 50 ads a month, 3 campaigns at once.
- Growth: 150 ads a month, 10 campaigns at once.
- Unlimited: unlimited ads and campaigns, subject to fair use.
The limit only applies to creating new ads. Editing a finished ad doesn't count, and archiving doesn't give you credits back. You'll see the remaining number when creating an ad. It resets at the start of the next billing month; on an annual plan, every month from your subscription start date.
You can prepare as many campaigns as you like. If the app says "Running campaigns: X of Y" ("Spuštěné kampaně: X z Y"), pause another campaign or upgrade to a higher plan. A higher plan takes effect immediately.
A single campaign can have at most 20 non-archived ads. You can no longer add new ads to campaigns migrated from an older version of the app; create a new campaign instead. There's no limit on the number of leads and contacts in the CRM.
