What should I do about a blocked or restricted ad account?

In Meta, open the Account Quality tool (https://www.facebook.com/accountquality). You'll also find the link in the warning in Snaprime.

Read the reason for the restriction. If Meta offers Request review, open that option and submit the request. Meta usually asks for an ID document; complete the verification directly in Meta. The account is usually unblocked within 48 hours of the request, and the ads then start on their own.

The outcome is up to Meta. Snaprime can't submit the request for you or guarantee the account will be unblocked.

If Meta has restricted your personal profile, you can't create portfolios, accounts or ads until the restriction is lifted. The steps are the same, through Account Quality.

If Meta is reviewing advertiser information, open Account settings → Verification and ad transparency in Ads Manager and complete the verification. Once approved, click Check ("Zkontrolovat") in Snaprime again.

If you don't see the review option or your request was rejected, it's usually possible to request again after 1 to 2 weeks. If you're not sure what to do, email info@snaprime.com.
