Meta paused my ads because of an unpaid balance

In Meta, open Billing & payments and check the ad account, the amount and the status of the transactions.

If there's an amount due and the payment isn't processing, pay it following Meta's instructions and complete any confirmation with your bank. Then go back to Snaprime and click Verify ("Ověřit").

If a payment is unpaid, Snaprime pauses your ads automatically and restarts them once Meta confirms the payment. A new card alone won't restart the ads while there's a balance due on the account.

Only the app's trial is free, not the ads. If ads ran, Meta will want payment even after you cancel your subscription. An unpaid balance freezes the account, and then you can't even turn campaigns off until it's paid.

If the account is blocked because of a payment but has no balance due and no pay button, don't send money blindly. Try a new card or PayPal and request a review of the account. If you're not sure what to do, email info@snaprime.com.
