Meta is asking for a VAT ID (DIČ) I don't have

Check that the billing details in Meta match whoever is actually ordering and paying for the ads. Don't change the customer type just to make the VAT ID field disappear.

A VAT-registered business enters its VAT ID. A business that isn't VAT-registered pays an extra 21 % VAT on its ads. Check tax questions with your accountant or tax advisor.
