How do I set up questions and disqualifying answers in the form?
The app creates 3 to 6 questions for the campaign type. You can edit the questions, answers and how many there are in the page editor. A question can have a single answer, multiple answers or a text field, for an address for example. Write the question text in its title, not in the hint. Otherwise the prospect will only see "New question" ("Nová otázka").
You can set a chosen answer to disqualify. If a prospect picks, say, "I just want to know the price, I'm not planning anything", the questionnaire ends, they see the disqualification page and their contact details aren't submitted.
Always have a disqualifying question. Meta looks for more people similar to those who complete the questionnaire. If it's completed by people you won't do business with, Meta will bring you more of them. You'll lose some contacts and a lead will cost a bit more, but they'll be usable.
If you really want every contact, you can turn off disqualification for a question. In the question settings, choose moving on to the next question instead of disqualifying.
Go through every branch in the preview. A questionnaire that's too strict means few leads at a high cost; one that's too loose means lots of people who only wanted to know the price. Collect contact details in this order: first name, last name, phone, email. Don't delete the address or location question; it helps sort your leads.
Disqualification in the form is different from the Disqualified ("Diskvalifikovaný") status in the Leads ("Leady") section. You assign that status to a lead you've received and assessed.
