How do I connect a campaign page to my own domain (DNS)?

The campaign page runs at an address like yourname.snaprime.cz. Here's how to connect it to your own domain:

1. In the app, open the campaign page and click Website settings ("Nastavení webu") → Custom domain ("Vlastní doména") in the top right.
2. Enter the address where the page should run. We recommend a subdomain, such as info.yourdomain.com. Your main website at yourdomain.com stays unchanged.
3. The app shows you two DNS records, CNAME and TXT. Copy them and send them to your web admin, or add them yourself at the company where your domain is registered (Wedos, Forpsi, Active24 and so on).
4. Once the records are added, go back to the app and click Check ("Zkontrolovat").

All you need to tell your web admin is: "Please add these DNS records to the domain." Add both records exactly as the app shows them.

Sometimes the change takes effect within a few minutes; other times it takes several hours. If the check doesn't pass the first time, try again later.

The ad will still lead to the Snaprime page, just under your address. Your current website doesn't change. The Snaprime page is needed because it runs Meta tracking and the form that sends leads to the app. Sending the ad straight to your current website isn't possible.

A custom domain is free with an active subscription. In Website settings you can also turn off the "Created with Snaprime" ("Vytvořeno pomocí Snaprime") footer.
