Where do I upload my own photos?

Upload portrait photos in Profile ("Profil") under Your photos ("Vaše fotky"). The app uses them when creating ads and in the contact section of campaign pages.

If you change your photo on Facebook, click Refresh data from Facebook ("Obnovit údaje z Facebooku") in Profile. The new photo won't automatically appear in ads that are already finished.

To change the photo or video of a specific ad, open its detail, click the pencil icon and choose Upload your own ("Nahrát vlastní"). You can also pick a file from the media library.

Images can be uploaded as JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 20 MB. For video, MP4, MOV, M4V and WEBM are supported, up to 1 GB.

After uploading, check the preview: the portrait crop, readability and, for video, playback. If you don't see newly uploaded media in the library, refresh the page. If the error keeps happening, send support the format, file size and a screenshot of the message.
