My properties or their photos didn't load

Make sure you pasted a link to your own listings, not to a sample property or a general page for the whole office. Some websites block automatic loading.

For a Property promo ("Promo nemovitosti") campaign, you can add the materials by hand: upload photos or a video and paste in the listing description. Before launching, check the price, address and other details.

If photos aren't showing for a property in Snaprime Web, open its detail and add them by hand there.

If the files don't show up even after uploading, email info@snaprime.com. Attach a link to the affected page and say whether it's about a campaign or Snaprime Web.
