My subscription payment failed. What happens?

The app will let you know that the payment needs to be fixed to keep your services running. Until then, your ads are temporarily paused.

In the Your plan ("Váš plán") section, open billing management and check or replace your card in the Stripe portal. Once the payment goes through, your ads restart automatically.

A trial without a card is paused when it ends, and nothing is charged. You can restore your subscription by adding a payment method.

This is only about the card for your Snaprime subscription. If payments for ads in Meta aren't going through, follow Meta won't verify my card or payments keep failing.
