I didn't get the webinar link or discount code

Check your spam, promotions folder and the email address you entered when registering. Search for messages from Snaprime. Delivery can take a while.

For a discount code, go by the email it came in: which plan it's valid for, until when it can be used and what discount it gives. How to enter the code is covered in How do I enter a promo code.

If you already have a subscription, check with support how to apply the offer to your plan. Don't buy a second subscription without checking first.

If you can't find the message, email info@snaprime.com with your registration email and the webinar date. We'll look up whether the link or offer was sent.
