How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription in the Your plan ("Váš plán") section through billing management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until then you can use the app as usual, and no further payment will be charged.

Cancelling your subscription doesn't stop your ads in Meta. Stop running campaigns in Snaprime first and check their status in Meta.

Export your leads in time. After your subscription ends, you have 30 days to export; after that the data is deleted. Your account then stays on the Free version.
