Leads for financial advisors: mortgages, investments and team recruiting.

Updated August 11, 2026 · Snaprime, a Czech AI advertising app for freelancers and small businesses

TL;DR: A financial advisor has four sources of clients: referrals, cold calling, bought leads and their own ads. Bought finance leads are often shared among several advisors, and only part of their price goes into the actual ads. Your own ads through Snaprime (from 4 997 CZK a month) run under your name, the contacts are exclusive, and roughly 90% of total costs go straight into ads. A real example: 2 meetings and 1 signed contract from a 2,468 CZK campaign.

The advisory business runs on the phone and on trust. The question is who you're calling: someone from a bought database who has never heard of you, or someone who just went through your ad, filled in a qualification form and is waiting for your call.

Four routes to new clients

1. Referrals

The foundation of every advisor's business and the highest-quality source. But you can't plan referrals, and when you're building a team or growing, you need a source you can switch on and scale.

2. Cold calling

Contact databases are cheap, but the people on the other end aren't interested in finance, the calls are unpleasant and the success rate is low. On top of that, stricter rules on contacting people without consent make cold calling a worse idea every year.

3. Bought leads

Companies selling mortgage and finance leads collect contacts with their own ads and sell them to advisors, often to several at once. So you're calling someone who's already been called by others today, and usually only about half of the package price goes into the actual ads. A detailed breakdown of the economics: Is buying leads worth it?

"The whole point of the software is that you can put all that money into ads. If I give 30 grand to a lead seller, 15 grand of it goes to margin. If I put 30 grand into Facebook, I'll get twice as many."
Matěj Procházka, founder of Snaprime, in a consultation with a client (August 2026)

4. Your own ads through Snaprime

Snaprime is a Czech AI app that does a marketing agency's job for advisors: it creates an ad with copy and graphics within 60 seconds, runs it on Facebook and Instagram under your name and collects leads in its built-in CRM. Prospects first go through a qualification form (purpose, situation, location), so you're never calling blind. The app handles ad account setup, tracking and optimization automatically via the API of Meta, which Snaprime is a partner of.

How to get started

  1. Fill in your profile (a few minutes): region, specialization, a few sentences about you. The app turns that into your unique selling point for every ad.
  2. Connect Facebook with the video guides. One time, under 10 minutes, and it stays connected for good. Snaprime creates the ad account and tracking for you.
  3. Create a few ads (each in under 60 seconds), approve the ones you like, and set the budget and region.
  4. Call the leads from your CRM. Let the campaign run for at least a month; the system gradually switches off the weaker ads and leaves the budget to the better performers.

FAQ

How much does a mortgage lead from my own ads cost?

It depends on the region and budget, typically a few hundred CZK. What matters more is that the lead is exclusive, qualified by the form and knows your name, so it's many times easier to turn into a meeting than a shared contact.

I'm not a tech person. Can I handle it?

Yes. Everything important is covered by video guides right in the app, and your subscription includes email support, the option to call and one 30-minute consultation.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Snaprime is a regular subscription through Stripe, like Spotify. You can cancel any time and pause your ads any time.

How much does it cost?

The Start plan costs 4 997 CZK a month (3 campaigns running at once on FB/IG, 50 ads per month), or 50 897 CZK billed yearly, which works out to 4 241 CZK a month. That's a fraction of what an agency charges per month for the same work. Current prices: see the pricing page.

Does it work for other industries too?

Snaprime is for any industry: freelancers, small businesses and marketers running campaigns for clients. Financial advisory (mortgages, finance, team recruiting) is one of the industries where campaigns have been running the longest.
