Why did a lead come from a different area?

Meta targets based on where people spend time, not where they live. On top of that, the region shown on a lead comes from the prospect's own answer. So they may live elsewhere and need the job done in your region.

In most industries it's normal for 10 to 20 % of leads to come from outside the selected area, and as much as 30 to 50 % for housing campaigns. Don't change your targeting because of it; call the prospect. On the call, check where they need your service.

If almost all your leads are from outside the area, check the locations in the campaign and email info@snaprime.com.
