Who owns my leads, and who can access them?

Leads from your campaigns are yours. We don't resell them, we don't send them to other Snaprime customers and we don't train AI on them. A prospect may, however, contact other companies on their own.

You have access to the contacts in your account. Our team may also work with them when handling a support request. Details about data processing and the vendors involved are in our privacy policy and the related contractual documentation.

After your subscription ends, you have 30 days to export; after that the data is deleted. Until then, you can work with your leads in the Leads ("Leady") section.
