Yes. In the Leads ("Leady") section, click Add lead ("Přidat lead") and fill in the name, phone and email. If the phone or email matches an existing one, the app warns you about a duplicate. You work with a manually added contact just like a lead from an ad: change its status, schedule calls, write notes and record the outcome of the deal.
